2 tbsp vegetable or canola oil (28g)
2 tsp vanilla extract or paste (8g)
½ tsp almond extract (optional)
½ cup rainbow jimmies (85g)

3 cups unsalted butter, room temp (678g)
10 cups powdered sugar, sifted (1250g)
